Free Delivery

Delivery takes between 1-4 business days with our regular parcel service. We only ship to private addresses. We are not responsible for packages sent to Packstations, Relay Points, freight or shipping companies, or to public places.

Your tracking information will be sent to your registered email once the package has been shipped - please check your spam folder. Tracking updates are available as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.

Deliveries may require a signature. If you are not available, the courier will leave a note or may drop the package in your mailbox to expedite delivery. Specific delivery dates and times cannot be agreed for the first delivery attempt. Couriers will not call to check their availability.

Peak seasons may cause delays in processing and shipping orders.
